Today’s meditation is focusing on the strength found in silence. When we focus on the strength of silence in meditation, it makes it easier for us to practice silence when not in meditation. Silence is a gift you provide to others, it is a non-verbal language of love, in that you can only offer true empathy from silence.
“Be still and know that I AM God.” It is in the stillness that we can hear the Divine speaking to us. It is in the stillness and the quit that we find answers. It is recommended that if you have something on your mind, and need guidance, expect an answer. In other words have the intention you will receive insight into your concern during the meditation.
In this meditation we are going to bring ourselves into a quiet place. Then just feel the strength that comes from the Divine who lives in the Silence of unconditional love.
This meditation will be similar to yesterday’s. We will pull the energy in from a crown chakra all the way down to the root. If your mind wanders, just go back to the word silence and feel the peace.
All meditations provided are done with prayers of protection and closing with the 23rd psalm as taught by Edgar Cayce in his lifetime. Although these meditations are short, they are very profound. This meditation may leave you altered slightly, so please do not drive or go to work immediately after completing this simple guided meditation. Be sure you are fully aware before moving forward with your day.
