I encourage meditating on a different color occasionally. Each color has its own vibration, its own energy signature, providing its unique contribution to the universe as a whole. The nice part of meditating with colors is it’s easy to bring our attention back to a color, should we drift out of focus. This particular meditation is on yellow, who vibrating energy is similar to the vibration of clarity, enlightenment and joy.
Yellow contains several characteristics when seen in a person’s aura. I’ve included these traits which are also listed in my book a href=”https://www.amazon.com/Science-Intuition-Inner-net-Intuitive-Knowledge-ebook/dp/B06X94WVHW/ref=sr_1_1?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1517557389&sr=1-1&keywords=the+science+of+intuition”>The Science of Intuition. The positive traits include: optimist, confident, extrovert, giving, generous, warm, intelligence, power, developing spiritual qualities. We know it is positive by the brightness and vitality of the color.
Should the yellow be dull, murky or dim, the traits are more negative. The negative traits for yellow are pessimist, introvert, selfish, cold, and withholding. To be introvert or to be withholding may not be considered negative in all situations, sometimes these are necessary traits to keep you safe. We do not judge based on what we see in a person’s aura, it is simply information to help the person find a healthy path. But for the purposes of this meditation, we are focusing on the vibrant, bright, brilliant yellow!
All meditations provided are done with prayers of protection and closing with the 23rd psalm as taught by Edgar Cayce in his lifetime. Although these meditations are short, they are very profound. This meditation may leave you slightly altered, so please do not drive or go to work immediately after completing this simple guided meditation. Be sure you are fully aware before moving forward with your day.
