We often take for granted our bodies, never stopping to appreciate we are perfect organism. Most of us focus on our respiratory system and circulation system often not bringing loving attention to the lesser thought about lymphatic, immune, digestive, nervous and other systems that function in perfect harmony.
When we have a stomach issue we focus on just our stomach. But the truth is everything is so interconnected. Some other fun facts she writes about is when we listen to music our heartbeat will sync with the rhythm. Most impressive I thought was there are more than 100,000 miles of blood vessels in our bodies.
Knowing just a little about our amazing bodies makes us more aware of the importance of quite focused meditation to revitalize our intricately designed bodies. During this meditation we use our imagination to move the Divine energy through the different systems and into specific areas. By taking these few moments you will feel more vitality and strength throughout the day. Even some common aches will be silenced due to this healing energy, rushing with intention through your body.
